Operating policy

Public characters require review. Reports are reviewed in the app’s moderation queue. Operators may restrict an account or withdraw a publication; the published version remains unchanged. You can appeal through in-app support, including while suspended.

The current minimum service age is 13, based on self-declaration. This is separate from adult content access and real identity verification. Country-specific eligibility policies remain under review.

We review reports as quickly as possible, and reports about child safety or an imminent risk of harm are handled first. We answer appeals against account restrictions within 15 days of receipt; if that is not possible, we tell you why and when to expect an answer. Contact: support@wydd.chat.
